双层波形钢板内填混凝土组合剪力墙稳定性研究*

[摘要]设计了一个一字形双层波形钢板内填混凝土组合剪力墙试件,并对其进行轴压试验,结果发生伴有局部屈曲的整体失稳破坏。运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立双层波形钢板内填组合剪力墙模型,分析其高宽比、钢板厚度、墙体厚度等参数对组合墙稳定承载力的影响。研究结果表明:双层波形钢板内填混凝土组合剪力墙具有较高的稳定承载力。当组合墙的高宽比在1-5~3-0范围内时,对其稳定承载力影响较小;当钢板的厚度从3mm增加到4mm时,其稳定承载力提高比较明显。最后拟合出表征双层波形钢板内填混凝土组合剪力墙整体稳定性的φ-λ曲线及公式,可用于实际工程设计。

Research on stability of double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall

Abstract:A piece of double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall specimen was designed, and axial compression test was carried out and the overall instability damage accompanied with local buckling was occured. The influence of aspect ratio, steel plate thickness and wall thickness on the stability bearing capacity of composite shear wall was analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software to establish the double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall model. The results show that the double-layer sinusoidal steel plate filled with concrete composite shear wall has high stability bearing capacity. When the aspect ratio of the composite wall is in the range of 1-5 to 3-0, the aspect ratio of the composite wall has less effect on its stable bearing capacity. When the thickness of the steel plate increases from 3mm to 4mm, its stable bearing capacity is improved obviously. Finally, the curves and formulas of the overall stability of the composite shear wall with double-layer sinusoidal  steel plate filled with concrete composite shearwall are fitted which can be used in practical engineering design.
