[摘要]太湖试验厅平面尺寸150m×150m,为内部无柱的大跨建筑,其锯齿形屋面造型对结构设计有很大挑战。经过对比双向网架结构方案、采用贴合屋面造型的斜放随形三角形桁架拱方案和采用贴合屋面造型的斜放随形平面桁架拱方案的优缺点,并综合造价、施工、建筑造型等因素,最终决定采用贴合屋面造型的斜放随形平面桁架拱的结构方案。通过对所选结构进行合理结构布置和针对性的分析计算,以及对拉索预应力、屋面梁形式、屈曲稳定、连续倒塌等的专项研究得出,所选结构方案在受力阶段的承载力和刚度均合理,结构整体性较强,未出现局部薄弱的情况,该结构具有良好的抗震性能和防连续倒塌性能,是较为合理且高效的结构形式。

Largespan steel structural design of Taihu Experiment Hall

Abstract:The plane dimension of Taihu Experiment Hall is 150m×150m, which is a large-span building without internal columns. Its zigzag roof shape is a great challenge to the structural design. The advantages and disadvantages of three schemes were compared, including the two-way grid structure scheme, the inclined conformal triangular truss arch scheme with the conformal roof model and the inclined conformal plane truss arch scheme with the conformal roof model, and the factors of cost, construction and architectural modeling were combined to select the third structural scheme. Through reasonable structural layout and pertinent analysis and calculation, as well as special research on cable prestressing, roof beam form, buckling stability and continuous collapse, it is concluded that the bearing capacity and stiffness of the selected structural scheme are reasonable in the stage of loading; the structural integrity is strong; and there is no local weakness. The structure has good seismic performance and progressive collapse resistance performance, so it is a reasonable and efficient structural form.
