超高层建筑结构中腰桁架和伸臂桁架的应用问题

[摘要]超高层框架-核心筒结构中广泛采用腰桁架和伸臂桁架提高结构整体的抗侧刚度。通过对腰桁架和伸臂桁架作用机理的分析,指出了腰桁架和伸臂桁架作用的实质是加强竖向构件之间的连接,并使外围框架柱轴向受力。对腰桁架和伸臂桁架的最优位置进行了理论分析和模型计算,结果表明,腰桁架和伸臂桁架减小结构变形的最优位置在结构的中上部,且二者对相连构件的内力有明显影响。归纳了腰桁架和伸臂桁架的选用原则,指出了设置腰桁架和伸臂桁架时需要注意的问题。

Application of belt trusses and outriggers in super high-rise building structures

Abstract:Belt trusses and outriggers are wildly used to increase the lateral rigidity of super high-rise frame-corewall structures. Based on the analysis of the action mechanism of belt truss and outrigger, it was pointed out that the essence of the action of belt truss and outrigger is to strengthen the connection between vertical members and to make the outer frame columns axially loaded. The optimal position of the belt truss and the outrigger was analyzed theoretically and calculated by the model. The results show that the optimal position of the belt truss and the outrigger to reduce the structural deformation is in the middle and upper parts of the structure. The belt truss  and outrigger  have a significant influence on the internal forces of the connecting members. The selection principles of belt truss and outrigger were summarized, and the issues needing attention in setting up belt truss and outrigger were pointed out.
