昆明某高层建筑消能减震设计

[摘要]昆明某高层建筑消能减震结构共布置84个黏滞阻尼器,阻尼器采用肘接布置形式。针对该消能减震结构的抗震性能,分别采用ETABS和Perform 3D软件对结构在小震和大震作用下的结构响应进行分析,采用两种方法对附加阻尼比进行计算。分析结果表明:消能减震结构的楼层剪力、楼层弯矩、楼层位移及层间位移角均减小20%以上,具有良好的减震效果。小震作用下,结构各响应均满足规范限值要求,附加阻尼比满足设计4%要求,能够达到“小震不坏”的设计目标。大震作用下,结构层间位移角满足规范限值要求,基底剪力和顶层位移变化稳定,屈服过程总体上符合连梁、框架梁、剪力墙和框架柱依次屈服的机制,能够达到“大震不倒”的设计目标。本工程主体结构抗震构造措施不应降低。肘接式支撑放大了阻尼器的变形,增加了阻尼器耗能效率,小震作用下阻尼器位移是层间位移的2-43倍,大震作用下阻尼器位移是层间位移的1-74倍。

Energy dissipation design for a high-rise building in Kunming

Abstract:84 viscous dampers with toggle style were installed in a high-rise energy dissipation building located in Kunming. Aiming at the seismic performance of the energy dissipation structure, ETABS and Perform 3D software were used to analyze the structural response of the structure under frequent and rare earthquakes, respectively, using two methods to calculate the additional damping ratio. The results indicate that the story shear, story moment, story displacement and story drift of energy dissipation structure could reduce 20%, which reflecting good damping effect. Under frequent earthquake, the response of structure meets the requirements of the code limit, and the additional damping ratio meets the design requirement of 4%, which could reach the design goal of "undamaged under frequent earthquake". Under rare earthquake, the story displacement angle of structure meets the requirement of the code limit, the change of base shear force and top displacement is stable, and the yield process generally conforms to the mechanism of successive yielding of connecting beam, frame beam, shear wall and frame column, which could reach the design goal of "no collapse in rare earthquake".  The seismic construction measures of the main structure of this project should not be reduced. The deformation of dampers is enlarge by toggle style brace, and the energy dissipation efficiency is increased, the displacement of dampers under frequent earthquake is 2.43 times of that between stories and 1.74 times of that under rare earthquake.
