[摘要]近年来现浇空心楼盖体系得到了越来越多的应用,而相关空心楼盖体系加固改造的研究并不多。以温州国际会展中心三期展厅项目为例,对大跨叠合薄壁空心管现浇混凝土空心楼盖的的受力特性和加固改造设计进行了研究分析,并采用PMSAP对结构进行整体有限元分析,空心板采用刚度等效的实心板模拟。计算分析表明,增加夹层后结构整体指标均未发生大幅变化,均满足规范要求。在集中荷载作用下,混凝土空心板呈现整体受力的形式,因此加固时应对空心板进行整体加固。采用粘贴碳纤维布加固法对空心板进行加固,提高了施工速度及施工方便性。同时为防止钢柱底部的空心板局部冲切破坏,对此处空心板采用局部灌浆处理,提高了其抗剪及抗冲切承载力。

Reinforcement and reconstruction design of large-span hollow slab system

Abstract:The cast-in-place hollow slab system has been widely used in construction projects in recent years, while the research of the reinforcement and reconstruction of such system is not enough. With the example of the third phase of Wenzhou International Exhibition Center, the mechanical characteristics and the design of reinforcement and transformation of the large-span cast-in-place concrete hollow slab system with superimposed thin-walled hollow pipe was studied and analyzed. The integral finite element analysis of the structure was carried out by PMSAP and the hollow slab was simulated by solid slab with equivalent stiffness. The results of calculation and analysis show that the overall index of the structure has not changed significantly after adding interlayer, which meets the requirements of the code. Under concentrated load, the hollow concrete slab shows an integral force pattern and should be strengthened as a whole. The hollow slab was strengthened by pasting carbon fiber sheet, which may improve the speed and convenience of construction. At the same time, in order to prevent the local punching failure of hollow slab at the bottom of steel column, the local grouting treatment was used to improve the shear resistance and punching capacity of the hollow slab.
