某单层球面网壳结构设计

[摘要]对某70m直径单层球面网壳进行结构设计,根据受力情况选用了三种截面形式的矩形钢管,主要对自重荷载、温度荷载、雪荷载以及风荷载组合工况下的杆件进行验算。结果表明,杆件承载力满足《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)要求。对网壳结构进行整体稳定分析,首先通过弹性屈曲分析确定最不利工况,然后在最不利工况下,对网壳进行仅考虑几何非线性的屈曲分析及考虑材料及几何双非线性全过程分析。结果表明,网壳的稳定承载力满足《空间网格结构技术规程》(JGJ 7—2010)要求。

Structural design of a single-layer spherical shell

Abstract:The structural design of a 70m in diameter single-layer spherical shell was carried out. Three types of rectangular steel tubes with different cross-sections were selected according to the loading conditions. The checking calculation was mainly carried out for the members under the combined working conditions of self-weight load, temperature load, snow load and wind load. The results show that the bearing capacity of the members meets the requirements of  Code for design of steel structure (GB 50017—2003). The overall stability of the spherical shell was carried out. The most disadvantageous conditions were determined by elastic buckling analysis. Then the buckling analysis of single-layer spherical shell considering only geometric nonlinearity and material plus geometric nonlinearity was carried out. The results show that the stability bearing capacity of single-layer spherical shell meets the requirements of  Technical regulations for space grid structures (JGJ 7—2010).
