[摘要]昆明耀丰广场1#办公楼建筑高度180-8m,存在扭转不规则、尺寸突变、楼板不连续、局部不规则(穿层柱、斜柱),属特别不规则结构,1#办公楼采用矩形钢管混凝土柱+钢框架中心支撑结构体系,底部14层采用屈曲约束支撑,为特殊类型高层建筑。介绍了结构选型及布置、二道防线设计、屈曲约束支撑设计、斜柱设计和加强措施;针对项目的超限情况和薄弱部位提出合适的性能目标,采用PKPM,ETABS,MIDAS/Gen等软件进行多遇地震、设防烈度地震、罕遇地震下的计算分析和论证,并采取了相应的加强措施。分析结果表明,结构能满足相关规范和设定的性能目标要求。

Structural design of super high-rise No. 1 office building of Yaofeng Square in Kunming

Abstract:The building height of No. 1 office building of Yaofeng Square in Kunming is 180-8m. It has irregular torsion, abrupt size change, discontinuous floor and partial irregularity (including cross-story column and inclined column). It belongs to a special irregular structure. The building adopts rectangular concrete filled steel tubular column + concentrically braced steel frame structural system, and buckling restrained braces are used in the bottom 14 stories, so it is a special type of high-rise building. The selection and layout of structural system, the design of two seismic defense lines, buckling restraint bracing design, design and strengthening measures for inclined column were introduced. In view of the out-of-code situation and weak parts of the project, appropriate performance objectives were proposed, and the calculation analysis and demonstration under frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake were carried out by using software such as PKPM, ETABS and MIDAS/Gen, and corresponding strengthening measures were taken. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the requirements of relevant specifications and performance objectives.
