基于某工程实例的超高层结构体系比选

[摘要]为了研究钢框架-核心筒结构、带加强层的钢框架-核心筒结构和强外筒-核心筒结构在安全性、稳定性和经济性上的特点,对不同结构体系的传力路径和抗震性能进行比较。通过对一个工程实例进行结构选型比较,对比分析不同结构体系下结构的变形、材料用量、结构的传力体系、多遇地震下重要构件的受力情况以及罕遇地震下结构的性能。结果发现,相比于无加强层的钢框架-核心筒结构和带加强层的钢框架-核心筒结构,强外筒-核心筒结构不仅能节约4%~17%的材料用量,还能避免结构竖向刚度突变及核心筒与外框架承载的剪力正负号相反等情况,缓解楼板翘曲等,强外筒-核心筒结构在罕遇地震下具有更好的抗震性能。

Comparison of super high-rise structural systems based on a practical case

Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of safety, stability and economy of frame-core tube structure, frame-core tube structure with reinforced layers and strong outer tube-core tube structure, the force transmission paths and seismic performance of different structural systems were compared. Parameters of different structural systems of a practical case were compared and analyzed, including the structural deformation, material consumption, structural force transmission system, the mechanism of important components under frequent earthquakes and the performance of structures under rare earthquakes. The results show that, compared with frame-core tube structure without reinforced layers and frame-core tube structure with reinforced layers, the strong outer tube-core tube structure can save 4%~17% of the material consumption and also avoid the vertical stiffness mutation of the structure. Besides, the value signs of shear force undertaken by core tube and external frame are no longer opposite and floor warping is alleviated. Strong outer tube-core tube structure has better seismic performance under rare earthquakes.
