华润深圳湾总部大楼结构设计

[摘要]华润深圳湾总部大楼采用密柱外框筒+劲性钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,通过斜交网格柱在高区和低区加强形成密柱外框筒,形成了可靠的二道防线;提出了新型外框偏心节点,研究了偏心节点受力性能和其对整体结构的影响,实现了建筑的无柱空间要求;高区核心筒采用新颖的斜墙收进方案,既满足了建筑的使用功能,也保证了结构传力的安全有效性,避免了刚度的突变。比较分析了伸臂阻尼器数量对舒适度的影响,确定了经济有效的一道伸臂阻尼器形式。此外对总体结构进行了大震弹塑性计算分析,有力地保证了工程的安全性、合理性。

Structural design on Shenzhen Bay Headquarters Building of China Resources Group

Abstract:The main structural system for Shenzhen Bay Headquarters Building of China Resources Group consists of close-column outer frame tube and steel embedded RC corewall structural system. There are staggered grids in both high and low zones to strengthen the building to form close-column outer frame tube as a reliable second seismic fortification line. A new type of eccentric outer frame joint was proposed. Its mechanical performance and impact on the whole structure were studied to realize architectural requirement of column-free space. A novel scheme of step-back inclined shear walls was adopted in the high zones of the corewall to realize service function of the architecture and guarantee safety and effectiveness of structural force transmission. This can also avoid stiffness mutation. The influence of the number of outrigger dampers on comfort was compared and analyzed, and an economical and effective form of one  outrigger damper was determined. In addition, the calculation analysis was carried out on elasto-plasticity of the overall structure under large earth, which effectively ensured the safety and rationality of the project.
