南京金鹰天地广场连接体施工方案影响分析

[摘要]南京金鹰天地广场的空中连接体位于200m左右的高空,共有6层,最大跨度超过70m。连接体的底部为双向正交的转换桁架层,采用在裙房屋面拼装完成后整体提升的施工方案。基于该方案,对拼装阶段的桁架与裙房相关结构构件进行分析校核,确定了合理的拼装支撑方案;在转换桁架层的整体提升与安装过程中,桁架层处于二阶段受力的状态,对桁架层进行了全过程施工模拟,并对空中连接体的设计要点进行了总结;空中连接体整体提升时,三栋塔楼处于相对独立的状态,与最终使用工况有较大的差别;研究了连接体提升过程中主塔楼的变形与承载力,确保了主体结构的安全。

Analysis on influence of construction scheme of  connected lobby of Nanjing Golden Eagle Tiandi Plaza

Abstract:The sky connected lobby of Nanjing Golden Eagle Tiandi Plaza has six stories, with a maximum span of more than 70 meters and is connected at an altitude of about 200m. The bottom of the connected body is a two-way orthogonal transfer truss layer, which adopts the construction scheme of integral lifting after the assembly of the skirt floor. Based on this scheme, the relevant structural components of the truss and skirt building in the assembly stage were analyzed and checked, and the reasonable assembly support scheme was determined. During the whole lifting and installation of the transfer truss layer, the truss layer was in the state of two-stage stress, the whole construction process of the truss layer was simulated, and the design key points of the sky connected body were summarized. The three main towers were relatively independent when they were lifted, which was quite different from the final service conditions. The deformation and bearing capacity of the main tower during the lifted process of the connected body were studied, which ensured the safety of the main structure.
