南京金鹰天地广场超高层三塔连体结构分析与设计

[摘要]南京金鹰天地广场由三栋高度均超过300m的超高层塔楼在200m左右的高空经6层结构连接形成,是目前全世界在建的高度最高、连接体跨度最大的非对称刚性连体结构。介绍了该项目的主要结构体系,研究空中连接体与主塔楼的耦合效应影响,对超高层连体结构的动力特性进行分析,提出关于结构扭转与刚度突变问题的相关设计建议。结合风洞试验,研究了该结构体系的风荷载特性。对空中连接体及特殊构件及节点的性能化设计与构造进行阐述。研究表明,超高层连体结构的动力特性和抗震性能与普通超高层结构有较大的区别,现行规范的部分相关规定与计算方法对于这种特殊的结构形式并不适用。提出了一些针对超高层连体结构的分析方法和设计建议,解决了工程中的技术难题。

Analysis and design of super high-rise three-tower connected structure of Nanjing Golden Eagle Tiandi Plaza

Abstract:Nanjing Golden Eagle Tiandi Plaza consists of three super high-rise towers with a height of more than 300m and connected by six-story structures at an altitude of about 200m. It is an asymmetric rigid connected structure with the highest height and the largest span in the world under construction. The main structural system of the project was introduced, and the coupling effect between the connected structure and the main towers was studied, and the dynamic characteristics of the super high-rise connected structure were analyzed, and some design suggestions were put forward on the torsion and stiffness mutation of the structure. Combining with wind tunnel test, the wind load characteristics of the structural system were studied. The performance-based design and construction of connected structure and special components and joints were described. The results show that the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of super high-rise connected structures are quite different from those of ordinary super high-rise structures. Some relevant provisions and calculation methods in current codes are not applicable to this special structural form. Some analysis methods and design suggestions for super high-rise connected structures are put forward to solve the technical problems in engineering.
