支承于特早龄期混凝土上的钢柱脚抗弯性能试验研究

[摘要]因超高层建筑快速施工的需要,创新研发了一种可爬升的新型钢平台,其钢柱需支承在养护13~15h的混凝土剪力墙上承受施工荷载。为了得到这种特早龄期混凝土上的钢柱承载力设计方法,对其柱脚绕两个主轴方向的抗弯性能进行了足尺试验研究,分析了破坏模式、抗弯刚度和承载力。研究结果表明这种支承于特早龄期混凝土上的钢柱脚具有足够的抗弯能力来承受爬升钢平台的施工荷载。柱脚的薄弱环节在于抗拔钢筋而非混凝土,混凝土未发生压碎破坏。

Experimental study on flexural behavior of steel column base supported on extra-early age concrete

Abstract:A new type of climbing steel platform was innovated to meet the needs of rapid construction of super high-rise building. Construction loads were supported by steel columns of the platform standing on a concrete shear wall with only 13 to 15 hours of curing time. To obtain the loading capacity design method of the steel columns on extra-early age concrete, two full-scale tests  of steel column base were conducted on flexural behavior  around two principal axes. The failure mode, flexural stiffness and strength were investigated. It is concluded that the steel column base standing on extra-early age concrete has enough bending capacity to bear construction loads applied on the climbing steel platform. The weak part of the steel column base is the anti-pulling steel reinforcement rather than the concrete, and the concrete does not crush under compression.
