武汉绿地中心伸臂桁架结构加强层设计

[摘要]武汉绿地中心主塔楼建筑高度在606m以上,主体结构高度约575m,采用巨型框架-核心筒-伸臂桁架结构体系,10道环带桁架及4道伸臂桁架有效地提高了整体结构刚度。重点介绍伸臂桁架加强层结构设计,通过结构整体计算确定伸臂桁架截面尺寸,结合伸臂桁架传力途径,考虑剪力墙保持完好及大震下剪力墙刚度退化两种工况,对加强层核心筒钢桁架进行设计分析,确保伸臂桁架与核心筒有效连接。针对伸臂桁架抗震性能化设计,提出有针对性加强措施,同时采用有限元分析计算方法对伸臂桁架与巨柱及核心筒连接节点计算分析,确保伸臂连接节点安全可靠。最后考虑了柱长期压缩对伸臂桁架承载力的影响。

Outriggers strengthening layer design of Wuhan Green Center

Abstract:The building height of Wuhan Green Center tower is above 606m, and the main structural height is 575m. It adopts structural system of giant frame-corewall-outriggers, and 10 ring trusses and 4 outriggers can effectively improve the rigidity of the whole structure. The structural design of the outriggers strengthening layer was mainly introduced. The cross-sectional dimensions of the outriggers were determined through the overall calculation of the structure. Combined with the way of the force transmission of the outriggers, considering the intact of the shear wall and the stiffness degradation of the shear wall under rare earthquakes, the corewall steel trusses of the strengthening layer were designed and analyzed to ensure the effective connection between the outriggers and the corewall. Aiming at the performance-based seismic design of the outrigger truss, the targeted strengthening measures were proposed. At the same time, the finite element analysis method was used to calculate and analyze the joints of the outriggers and the giant column and the corewall, so as to ensure the safety of the outriggers connection joints. Finally, the influence of  column  long-term compression on the bearing capacity of the outriggers was considered.
