[摘要]采用框架-核心筒结构体系的龙光深圳“玖钻”办公楼属于超B级高度的超高层建筑。根据抗规“两阶段三水准”设计原则,设计中采用多种软件对结构在多遇地震下的响应进行计算分析,并对其关键构件的抗震性能进行了验算,分析验算结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范要求。对结构进行了罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,结构满足罕遇地震下水准4的性能目标。

Structural design and analysis of Logan Nine-diamonds office building in Shenzhen

Abstract:Logan Nine-diamonds office building in Shenzhen, which adopts the frame-corewall structural system, belongs to the super high-rise building exceeding grade B height. According to the design principles of “two stages and three levels” of seismic design code, seismic response of the structure was calculated by using some software and the seismic performance objectives of key components were checked. The results of analysis and calculation show that all the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the code. The dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure under rare earthquakes was carried out. The results show that the structure meets the 4-level performance target under rare earthquakes.
