[摘要]云南省地处南北地震带上,是我国地震活动最为频繁的省份之一。根据云南省地震局提供的资料,统计了自1993年1月27日云南普洱6-3级地震起的1993~2015年间云南省地区共70次5-0级及以上的地震,其中波及城市地区的地震共17次。并基于谢礼立院士在《城市防震减灾能力的定义及评估方法》的研究,提出了采用烈度差来研究地震灾害城市地区建筑物易损性的方法,通过收集的资料统计了地震中不同结构类型房屋基于烈度差的破坏比,使用MATLAB软件拟合了上述房屋的易损性曲线,并对其易损性进行分析研究。结果显示,烈度差的概念与“三水准”设防要求相符,对城市地区房屋易损性研究有一定帮助。

Study on vulnerability of buildings in urban areas of Yunnan province based on intensity difference

Abstract:Yunnan province, located in the north-south seismic belt, is one of the provinces with the most frequent seismic activity in China. According to the data provided by Yunnan Seismological Bureau, 70 earthquakes with magnitude 5-0 or above in Yunnan province from 1993 to 2015 since the Puer M6-3 earthquake on January 27, 1993 were counted, including 17 earthquakes affecting urban areas. Based on the research of Academician Xie Lili in the Definition and Evaluation Method of Urban Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Ability, a method of using intensity difference to study the vulnerability of buildings in urban areas with earthquake disasters was proposed. The damage ratios of buildings of different structural types in earthquakes based on intensity difference were calculated by collecting data. The vulnerability curves of the above buildings were fitted by using MATLAB software, and the vulnerability curves were analyzed. The vulnerability was analyzed and studied. The results show that the concept of intensity difference is consistent with the requirement of "three-level" fortification, which is helpful to the study of housing vulnerability in urban areas.
