沿街两层砖混商铺加固前后振动台试验研究*

[摘要]以典型村镇两层砖混结构商铺房屋为研究对象,根据其结构破坏特点提出窗间墙修复、通缝注浆修复墙体以及钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固墙体的加固方法,通过1个1/2缩尺模型加固前后的振动台试验,分析比较模型加固前后在不同地震烈度下的动力特性和抗震性能。试验表明:上述方法对此类砖混房屋简单有效,能显著提高其抗震能力,在我国8度设防地区完全可满足规范规定的抗震设防目标。

Shaking table test of unretrofitted and retrofitted two-story brick-concrete structure representative of existing rural buildings along streets

Abstract:The two-storey brick-concrete structure of typical villages and towns were taken as the research object, according to the structural damage characteristics, the reinforcement method of the window wall repairing, the grouting repairing wall and the reinforcing mesh of the steel mesh cement mortar surface layer was proposed. Through vibrating table test of the unretrofitted and retrofitted 1/2 scale model, the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the unretrofitted and retrofitted model were compared under different seismic intensities. The test shows that the above method is simple and effective for such brick-concrete houses, and its seismic capacity can be significantly improved. In the 8 degree fortification area in China, the seismic fortification target can fully meet the requirements of the code.
