摩擦型高强度螺栓抗剪连接研究进展及评述*

[摘要]装配式钢结构建筑在我国的迅速发展对高强度螺栓的连接性能及经济性能提出了更高的要求。通过大量检索国内外相关学者的研究,对影响摩擦型高强度螺栓抗剪连接性能的各个因素进行了总结,并对这些影响因素的研究现状进行了分类评述;在中国、欧洲、美国和澳大利亚相关规范比较的基础上,对比分析了摩擦型高强度螺栓抗剪承载力设计值的计算公式,计算了8-8S摩擦型高强度螺栓抗剪连接承载能力的设计值,比较了摩擦面抗滑移系数和高强度螺栓的预拉力。最后,指出了当前摩擦型高强度螺栓抗剪连接性能研究的不足之处,对其未来研究的内容和方向提出了建议。

Research progress and review of friction style high-strength bolted shear connections

Abstract:The rapid development of prefabricated steel structure in China has made a higher requirement to the connection property and economic performance of high-strength bolts. Through a large number of searches of relevant scholars at home and abroad, the factors affecting the shear connection performance of friction style high-strength bolts were summarized, and the research status of these factors was classified and reviewed. Based on the comparison of relevant codes in China, Europe, the United States and Australia, the calculation formulas of shear bearing capacity of friction style high-strength bolts were compared and analyzed. The design values of shear connection capacity of 8-8 grade friction style high-strength bolts were calculated. The sliding coefficient of friction surface and the pre-tension force of high-strength bolts were compared. Finally, the shortcomings of the current research on shear connection performance of friction style high-strength bolts were pointed out, and suggestions on the content and direction of future research were put forward.
