不同连接构造双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙试验研究*

[摘要]对国内外双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙中所设连接件的种类进行对比分析,在总结各类连接件优缺点的基础上,提出两种不同构造形式的新型连接件:L形连接件和C形连接件,并对四片高剪跨比双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙进行了低周反复荷载试验,以考察此两种连接件对组合钢板剪力墙抗震性能的影响。试验结果表明:L形和C形连接件均能很好保证外包钢板和混凝土的协同工作,此新型组合剪力墙具有较高的承载力、较好的延性及耗能能力;在达到极限荷载之前,墙体钢板未发生明显的局部屈曲变形,组合剪力墙最终均是因端柱屈曲拉裂而破坏;相对于C形连接件组合墙,L形连接件组合墙加工方便,能很好抑制墙身钢板的屈曲,但延性与耗能能力略有降低。

Experimental research on double-steel concrete combined shear walls with different connectors

Abstract:Based on the comparison of the types of connectors in the double-steel plate concrete combined shear wall at home and abroad, on the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of connectors, two new types of connectors were proposed, including L-shaped connectors and C-shape connectors. A low-cycle repeated load test was carried out on four high shear-to-span double-steel concrete combined shear walls to investigate the effects of the two connectors on the seismic behavior of the combined  shear wall. The tests show that, the L-shaped connector or C-shaped connector can effectively help to realize the cooperation of exterior steel plates and concrete, and the new composite shear wall has higher bearing capacity, ductility and energy-dissipating capacity; before ultimate load, the steel plates do not have obvious local buckling, while all the specimens finally damaged due to the buckling and tension fracture of end columns. Compared with the combined shear wall with C-shaped connectors, the construction process of composite shear wall with L-shaped connectors was relatively is convenient, and the buckling of  steel plates of the shear wall can be well suppressed, but the ductility and energy consumption capacity are slightly reduced.
