某影院钢屋盖结构方案选型与经济性比较

[摘要]对某长宽为22m×21m的电影院钢屋盖进行结构方案选型和经济性比较。采用3D3S,MIDAS Gen,SAP2000及YJK软件对正交正放四角锥螺栓球网架、正交正放四角锥焊接球网架、平面管桁架、双角钢+槽钢平面桁架、倒三角管桁架、单向张弦梁、型钢组合梁7种常用屋盖结构形式进行计算分析,得到用钢量、挠度、应力比等结果。并分析了7种屋盖形式的外观、施工速度和难易程度等。通过综合分析各方面因素,最终选择了空间效果较好、造价较优与高度较小的倒三角管桁架方案。

Structural scheme selection and economical comparison of a cinema steel roof

Abstract:The structural scheme selection and economic comparison of a cinema steel roof with a length and width of 22m×21m were carried out. Seven kinds of common roof structure types, such as orthogonal quadrangular pyramid bolted ball grid, orthogonal quadrangular pyramid welded ball grid, flat tube truss, double angle steel+channel steel truss, inverted triangular tube truss, unidirectional beam string and steel composite beam were calculated and analyzed by 3D3S, MIDAS Gen, SAP2000 and YJK softwares. And the results of steel quantity, deflection and stress ratio were obtained. The appearance, construction speed and difficulty of these seven roof types were analyzed. Through the comprehensive analysis of various factors, the inverted triangular tube truss scheme with good space effect, better cost and smaller height was finally selected.
