缓粘结预应力钢绞线用缓凝粘合剂的拉伸剪切强度快速检验方法研究

[摘要]依据缓粘结预应力钢绞线的产品构造及技术机理,并结合当前市场现状以及住建部相关标准,重点阐述缓粘结预应力钢绞线用缓凝粘合剂材料的重要性能指标——拉伸剪切强度的快速检验方法。通过不同温度、不同环氧树脂含量、不同加热时间、不同测试时间试验,提出一种检测时间短、检测手段方便的方法,以期为工程应用提供合理、快速、有效的技术支持。

Study on rapid testing method of tensile lap-shear strength of adhesive for retard-bonded prestressing steel strand

Abstract:Based on the product structure and technical mechanism, current market situation and relevant standards of the Ministry of Housing and Construction of retard-bonded prestressing steel strand, the rapid testing method of tensile lap-shear strength, which is an important performance index of retarding binder materials for retard-bonded prestressing steel strand was focused on. Through different temperatures, different epoxy resin content, different heating time, different test time tests, a method with short detection time and convenient detection means was proposed to provide reasonable, fast and effective technical support for engineering applications.
