邦华环球贸易中心结构设计

[摘要]邦华环球贸易中心为1幢高度为228-2m的超高层办公楼,存在高度超限、扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续等超限情况。采用设置伸臂大梁及腰梁加强层的框架(钢管柱)-核心筒结构体系。设计中采用了基于性能的抗震设计方法,根据结构重要性提出不同的抗震性能目标,对结构进行两种不同力学模型程序的小震弹性对比分析、弹性时程分析、中震验算、大震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明:结构整体及构件抗震性能设计能达到性能C的目标等级。对加强层及其相邻层的框架柱、伸臂大梁及腰梁与框架柱连接位置等采取了有效加强措施,确保构件满足设定的抗震性能目标。

Structural design of Bravo Global Trade Center Tower

Abstract:Bravo Global Trade Center Tower is a 228-2m high super high-rise office building. There are out-of-code conditions including height exceeding code limitation, irregular torsion and partial floor discontinuity. Frame-corewall structural system with concrete-filled steel tubular column, outrigger and waist beams was used. In the design, the performance-based seismic design method was adopted, different seismic performance targets were proposed according to the importance of the structure, and two different mechanical model programs were used for the comparative elastic analysis of under frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis, checking calculation under fortification earthquake, and elasto-plastic time-history analysis under the action of rare earthquake. The results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and its components can reach the goal grade of performance C. Effective strengthening measures were taken for the frame column of the reinforcing layer and its adjacent layers, the connecting position of the beam and the waist beam with the frame column, etc., so as to ensure that the components meet the set seismic performance target.
