地下室顶板开洞对超高层建筑嵌固端的影响分析

[摘要]高层建筑上部结构嵌固端的选取是结构设计的一个重要环节,通过对武汉某超高层住宅地下室顶板开洞进行分析,探讨如何考虑地下室顶板楼面开洞对嵌固端的影响。通过分析地下室顶板开洞后的楼板应力、楼盖的刚性,比较多塔模型与单塔模型的总体指标。对比分析地下室顶板开洞与取消开洞两种情况的结构振动特性和结构变形,确定地下室上部两栋超高层建筑的嵌固端,并针对地下室顶板开洞采取加强措施,供类似工程参考。

Effect analysis of the basement top slab opening on the fixed-end of the super high-rise building

Abstract:The selection of the fixed-end of the superstructure is an important part in the design of high-rise buildings. Based on a super high-rise building in Wuhan, the opening of the basement top slab was analyzed, and the ways to consider the effect of the basement top slab opening on the fixed-end were investigated. In order to determine the fixed-end of the structural system and the strengthening measures for the opening, the stress around the basement top slab opening, the stiffness of the basement top slab, the difference of the overall performance between the multi-tower model and the single-tower model were analyzed. Two cases of the structural deformation and structural natural vibration were also comparatively analyzed to determine the fixedend of the structural system. One is the model with the basement top slab opening, and the other is the model with the cancellation of the opening. The strengthening measures for the opening were taken and can be referenced for similar projects.
