[摘要]昆明巨和齐泰城商业综合体裙房为高烈度地区的大型商业综合体建筑,结构体型较为复杂,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、局部不规则(穿层柱),属特别不规则结构。采用PKPM,ETABS,SAP2000软件进行多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震下的结构计算分析,并对结构进行Pushover分析。计算结果表明,通过多种软件计算分析以及采取有针对性的加强措施,结构能够实现预定的性能设计目标,保证了结构的安全及抗震性能。最后,对钢结构设计过程中的周期折减系数、组合梁设计进行了探讨。

Structural design of the podium for Juhe Qitai Commercial Complex in Kunming

Abstract:The podium for Juhe Qitai Commercial Complex in Kunming is a large commercial complex building in high seismic fortification intensity area and it is a complex structure with irregular torsion, discontinuous floor slab and local irregularity (skip-layer column). It is a special irregular structure. PKPM, ETABS and SAP2000 softwares were used to calculate and analyze the structure under frequent earthquakes, fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes, and Pushover analysis was carried out on the structure. The calculation results show that the predetermined performance design goals of the structure can be achieved and the safety and seismic performance of the structure can be guaranteed through the calculation and analysis of a variety of software and the adoption of targeted strengthening measures. Finally, the periodic reduction coefficient and composite beam design in the design process of steel structure were discussed.
