第七届世界军运会主赛场钢结构屋盖施工模拟分析

摘 要

[摘要]第七届世界军运会主赛场钢结构屋盖采用车辐式索承网格结构。采用MIDAS Gen软件对整个钢结构屋盖的施工进行模拟分析,主要包括钢结构吊装过程分析和索张拉施工过程分析。通过计算分析可以精确计算出钢结构构件在施工全过程的应力大小,以及预应力索在张拉过程中的应力大小,从而保证施工过程的安全性和施工监测的预见性。

Construction simulation analysis on steel structure roof for the Main Stadium of Seventh World Military Games

Abstract:The steel structure roof of the Main Stadium of Seventh World Military Games used car spoke-styled cable supported lattice structure. The construction of the whole steel structure roof was simulated and analyzed by the finite element analysis software MIDAS Gen. The analyses mainly included the analysis of the steel structure hoisting process and the analysis of the tensioning process. Through the calculation and analysis, the stress of the steel structural members could be calculated accurately in the whole process of construction and the stress of the prestressed cable could be calculated during the tensioning process, which could ensure the safety of the construction process and the foresight of construction monitoring.
