广州爱群会景湾超限高层结构设计

(汕头市建筑设计院,汕头 515031)[摘要]广州爱群会景湾由A,B两幢塔楼和裙房组成,两个塔楼高度184.6m。存在平面不规则、竖向不规则、大底盘多塔楼和高位转换等超限情况,属于复杂高层建筑结构。结构设计时从抗震概念设计出发,适当提高结构抗震性能目标,采用不同的计算软件进行结构分析,采取有针对性的构造加强措施,从而确保了结构的抗震安全性。[关键词]超限高层建筑;框支剪力墙;高位转换;大底盘多塔;抗震性能目标;振动台试验中图分类号:TU318.8,TU973.2文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2011)04-0083-05Structural design of Huijing Bay super high-rise building in GuangzhouZhou Yuezhou, Li Xiaoxi(Shantou Building Design Institute, Shantou 515031, China)Abstract:Huijing Bay is composed of one podium and two tower buildings A and B. The height of the two towers is 184.6 meters. It is a complex super high-rise building with many unfavourable factors, including irregular plane, vertical irregularity, multi-towers with large chassis, and high-level transfer.
