[摘要]临沂华润中心项目万象汇商业部分地下2层,地上5层,结构高度28-60m,经过方案对比,最终采用了带消能减震技术的框架结构。利用YJK和MIDAS/Gen等软件进行了反应谱分析及小震弹性时程分析计算。结果表明:结构的周期比、层间位移角等均满足规范要求。并利用PKPM/Sausage软件对结构进行动力弹塑性分析,分析结果表明,框架+消能减震结构体系的抗震性能良好,在高烈度区采用框架+消能减震结构是一种可行的办法。

Structure design of energy dissipation in Linyi China Resources Center

Abstract:Wanxianghui commercial part in Linyi China Resources Center project has 2 floors underground and 5 floors above ground. It has the structural height of 28-60m. After scheme comparison, the frame structure with energy dissipation technology was adopted finally. YJK and MIDAS/Gen software were used to conduct the reaction spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes. The results show that the period ratio and inter-layer displacement angle of the structure meet the requirements of the code. And the software PKPM/Sausage was used to conduct dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of the structure. The analysis results indicate that the seismic performance of frame structure with energy dissipation system was good, and it is a feasible method to adopt frame structure and energy dissipation structure in high seismic fortification intensity area.
