[摘要]青岛华润万象城属于复杂超限高层建筑,工程长宽比偏大,平面布置较为复杂,具有扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、竖向不规则、抗侧力构件不连续、结构超长等特点。结构设计采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对结构进行详细的小震弹性计算、小震弹性时程分析、中震及大震验算,并在工程中设置了RBS消能墙作为“抗震二道防线”,其对平面扭转不规则也具有较好的控制效果。此外,对超长结构的温度应力作用、大跨度楼盖的舒适度以及抗浮设计方案进行分析与研究。计算及分析结果表明,结构各项指标能较好满足规范的相关要求,结构布置合理、安全可行。

Structure design of commercial complex of Qingdao MIXC

Abstract:Qingdao MIXC is a complex high-rise over-limit building. The length-to-width ratio of the project is large and the plane layout is complex. This project has the characteristics of torsional irregularity, partial discontinuity of slabs, vertical irregularity, discontinuity of lateral resistence members, overlength structure and so on. The structure design adopts the performance-based seismic design method. Detailed elastic calculation and elastic time-history analysis under small earthquake and checking calculation under medium earthquake and large earthquake were carried out. The RBS energy dissipation wall was installed as the “seismic second defense line”, which also has better control effect on the plane torsion irregularity. In addition, the temperature stress of the overlength structure, the comfort degree of the long-span floor and the anti-floating design scheme were analyzed and studied. The calculation and analysis results show that indicators of the structure can meet the relevant requirements of the code, the structure arrangement is reasonable and the structure is safe and feasible.
