[摘要]临沂华润中心项目A#,B#楼为高烈度区大底盘下不同结构体系的双塔楼超限高层建筑,其中,A#楼为框架-核心筒结构体系,B#楼为框架剪力墙结构体系,裙房外包尺寸为88m×94m,存在4项不规则。根据结构体系特点,通过采取合理的抗震性能化设计目标和方法、加强关键构件的设计等措施,保证了结构设计的可靠性。总结了高烈度区超限高层框架-核心筒结构中楼层边框架梁、框架梁的受力特点,并根据受力特点进行钢筋配置。同时通过中震计算,对裙房楼板的防裂采取了措施。经计算复核,结构抗震性能目标达到C级要求,结构安全可靠。

Abstract:Tower A and tower B of Linyi China Resources Center project are double-tower out-of-code high-rise buildings with different structural systems under the large chassis in the high seismic fortification intensity region. Tower A adopts the frame-corewall structural system, and tower B adopts the frame-shear wall structural system. The envelope size of the podium is 88m×94m, with 4 irregularities in the structure. According to the structural system characteristics of this project, the reliability of structural design was guaranteed by adopting reasonable seismic performance-based design objectives and methods, strengthening the design of key components and other measures. The mechanical characteristics of the side frame beam and the frame beam of the high-rise frame-corewall structure in the high seismic fortification intensity region were summarized, and the reinforcement was configured according to the mechanical characteristics. At the same time, through the calculation under fortification earthquake, measures were taken to prevent the cracking of the podium floors. After calculation and review, the seismic performance targets of structure meet the requirement of grade C, and the structure is safe and reliable.
