高烈度区某高层剪力墙住宅隔震设计

[摘要]对隔震技术在项目中的应用难点进行了系统的介绍,具体主要包括隔震设计方法,有限元分析方法及支座和阻尼器单元力学模型,隔震层偏心率验算方法,并针对迎风面较大高层建筑结构隔震设计的抗风要求提出了具体可行的解决方案。采用ABAQUS 6-11软件进行动力弹塑性分析,对高层隔震结构中关键的支座抗拉、结构抗倾覆要求进行了验证分析。分析结果表明,在解决上述技术难点后,高烈度区高层剪力墙结构采用隔震技术是可行的,对隔震技术在高层住宅建筑中广泛应用具有推动作用。

Seismic isolation design of a high-rise shear-wall residential building in high intensity region

Abstract:Application difficulties of seismic isolation technology in the project were introduced systematically, including : isolation design method, finite element analysis method and support and damper unit mechanical model, isolation layer eccentricity checking method. A concrete and feasible solution was proposed for the wind resistance requirements of the high-rise building structure isolation design with a large windward side. Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis was carried out by software of ABAQUS 6.11. The requirements of support tension and structural anti-overturning in the high-rise isolation were validated and analyzed. The results show that after solving the above technical problems, it is feasible to adopt the isolation technology in the high-rise shear wall structure in the high-intensity area. It is helpful to the application of the isolation technology in the high-rise residential building.
