钢管混凝土束剪力墙内普通混凝土浇筑试验*

[摘要]进行了多腔钢管束内灌注普通混凝土试验,测量了浇筑过程中钢管管壁的变形,并将钢板剖开检查内部混凝土的成型质量,检测内部混凝土的抗压强度;同时,通过有限元模拟了混凝土浇筑时钢管管壁的变形。试验结果表明,施工期间不超过9m高度浇筑普通混凝土时,钢管管壁变形比较小;混凝土从流态转变为固态的过程中,管壁侧压力会逐渐消散,变形逐渐减小;普通混凝土在仅改变粗骨料直径和塌落度的情况下,浇筑时若不进行振捣,钢管束内的混凝土质量难以达到要求。计算钢管束管壁侧压力时,侧压力折减系数可偏保守地取为0-6。

Experimental research on pouring ordinary concrete into shear wall formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tube

Abstract:The experiment of pouring ordinary concrete into shear wall formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tube (CF-MCST) was carried out. The deformation of steel tube wall during pouring was measured. The steel plate was peeled off to check the forming quality of internal concrete and the compressive strength of internal concrete. At the same time, the deformation of steel tube wall during concrete pouring was simulated by finite element method. The test results show that the deformation of the steel tube wall is relatively small when ordinary concrete is poured at a height not exceeding 9m during construction; during the process of concrete changing from flow state to solid state, the lateral pressure of the tube wall gradually dissipates and the deformation gradually decreases; when only the diameter of coarse aggregate and the degree of collapse of the ordinary concrete are changed, the quality of concrete in the CF-MCST is difficult to achieve requirement without vibration during pouring. When calculating the wall side pressure of the CF-MCST, the reduction coefficient of lateral pressure can be conservatively taken as 0-6.
