某装配式住宅项目结构设计和BIM应用

[摘要]中建·森林上郡1#地块项目为郑州市第一个全部采用装配式剪力墙结构体系建造的住宅小区,该项目预制剪力墙采用环筋扣合锚接技术进行连接。介绍了该项目装配式住宅结构设计,包括装配率的计算、结构分析、主要连接截面设计和构造。分析表明,环筋扣合锚接连接能够满足受力要求,安全可靠。运用BIM对此装配式建筑进行了专业协同设计及碰撞检查,优化了节点钢筋排布。实践证明,环筋扣合锚接体系安全可靠,施工方便,具有很好的推广价值;BIM对装配式建筑的实现有着重要的支撑作用。

Structural design and BIM application of a fabricated residential project

Abstract:The No.1 plot project of Zhongjian Forest County is the first residential community in Zhengzhou city that is built entirely with prefabricated shear wall structural system. Prefabricated shear wall in this project is connected by ring reinforcement fastening anchored connection. Structural design of the prefabricated house was introduced, including the calculation of assembly rate, structural analysis, design and construction of the main connecting section. The analysis shows that the ring reinforcement fastening anchored connection can meet the requirement of force, and is safe and reliable. BIM was used to carry out professional collaborative design and collision inspection for the prefabricated building, and joint reinforcement arrangement was optimized. The practice has proved that the system is safe and reliable, convenient to construct and has good popularization value. BIM plays an important supporting role in the realization of prefabricated buildings.
