合肥要素大市场结构设计

(深圳市建筑设计研究总院有限公司, 深圳 518031)[摘要]合肥要素大市场建筑平面开洞较多,立面开大洞并层叠出挑,多处存在大跨度及长悬挑结构。结构多项指标超限,为多重复杂高层建筑。通过设定适用于本工程的性能目标,采用基于性能的设计方法对结构进行了计算分析,采取了有针对性的抗震加强措施。分析结果表明,工程能满足“小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒”的抗震设防目标。此外,针对工程的特殊性,对层叠出挑结构、连体结构和超长结构亦进行了详细分析和多方案比较,分析结果表明工程结构设计是安全可行的。[关键词]连体建筑;大跨度;斜柱;桁架;舒适度中图分类号:TU318+.2文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2011)04-0074-05Structural design of Key Element Market in HefeiWang Bigang, Wang Qiwen, He Xiaoxue, Huang Jianyu, Hu Kai(Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518031, China)Abstract: Key Element Market in Hefei is a complicated high-rise building with several features, such as big holes in plane and elevation, long span and large cantilever components, cantilever length increasing layer upon layer. Several performance indexes of the structure have exceed the limit of the code. Suitable seismic performance target was set, calculation analysis was done with seismic performance design method, and strengthening measures were applied based on analysis results. Analysis results show that the structure performance can meet seismic performance target. Several plans were studied on the structure for its complexity of increasing cantilever length layer upon layer, connected tower and superlong dimension.
