考虑装配施工过程的整体预应力装配式板柱结构力学性能研究

[摘要]介绍了整体预应力装配式板柱结构的基本力学原理,针对装配式结构体系的特点,采用有限元施工阶段模拟方法,研究了此类结构考虑装配施工过程的力学性能,着重研究了以下两个方面:对考虑装配施工过程的分析结果与“等同现浇”结构一次成型的分析结果进行偏差分析;对装配施工过程中边肋与明槽初始变形不协调导致的受力不均进行了分析。得出结论如下:整体预应力装配式板柱结构宜首选采用考虑装配施工过程的分析方法进行设计,宜考虑梁端刚域效果;当采用“等同现浇”方法进行分析设计时,明槽部分的内力或配筋应按比例调幅,调幅之后的内力或配筋应叠加到边肋中。

Study on mechanical properties of  monolithic prestressing assembled slab-column building considering assembly process

Abstract:The basic mechanical principle of the monolithic prestressed assembled slab-column structure was introduced. Based on the characteristics of the fabricated structural system, the finite element construction stage simulation method was used to study the mechanical properties analysis method of this type structure considering the assembly process. The following two aspects research were focused on:  deviation analysis was carried out on the analysis result of considering the assembly construction process and the analysis result of the one-time forming of the "equivalent cast-in-place" structure;  the uneven force was analyzed caused by the uncoordinated initial deformation of the edge rib and the open groove during assembly construction. The conclusions are as follows:  the monolithic prestressed assembled slab-column structure should be first designed with the analysis method considering the assembly process, the beam end domain should be considered;  when using the "equivalent cast-in-place" method for analysis and design, the internal force or reinforcement of the open groove part should be adjusted in proportion, and the internal force or reinforcement after the amplitude adjustment should be superimposed on the edge rib.
