装配式混凝土框架钩挂式中柱节点抗震性能研究*

[摘要]节点连接形式是装配式混凝土框架结构研究的重点,提出一种钩挂式连接节点,设计制作5个中柱节点试件,开展拟静力试验研究,分析了试件破坏形态、承载能力、滞回曲线、延性系数和关键部位钢筋和混凝土应变。结果表明,钩挂式节点试件破坏位置发生在预制节点边梁与混凝土后浇区接缝处,此处是节点薄弱部位,节点核心区基本完好,符合强节点抗震设计理念;节点试件滞回曲线较为饱满,骨架曲线走势基本一致,延性系数较高,表明节点具有良好的耗能能力和延性性能;钢筋钩挂连接处应变数值随荷载增加而增大,钢筋应变速率大体呈均匀变化趋势,表明节点工作性能良好,能有效传递内力。

Study on seismic behavior of hook-and-hang typed mid-column joints for prefabricated concrete frame

Abstract:The connection form is the key point in the research of prefabricated concrete frame structures. A hook-and-hang typed joint was proposed. Five mid-column joint specimens were designed and manufactured. The quasi-static test was carried out. The failure modes, bearing capacity, hysteretic curve, ductility coefficient and strain of reinforcement and concrete in key parts were analyzed. The results show that the failure location of the hook-and-hang typed joints occurs at the joint between the side beam of the prefabricated joints and the concrete post-pouring area, which is the weak part of the joints. The core area of the joints is basically intact and conforms to the seismic design concept of the strong joints. The hysteretic curve is full, and the skeleton curve is basically the same, and the ductility coefficient is high, which indicates that the joints have good energy dissipation capacity and ductility performance. The strain value of joint increases with the increase of load, and the strain change rate of steel bar is generally uniform variation trend, which indicates that the joint has good working performance and can effectively transfer internal force.
