新型配筋构造预制剪力墙受力性能及成本分析*

[摘要]提出一种新型预制墙边缘构件竖向钢筋配筋及连接构造,即在边缘构件最外侧配置主要受力竖向钢筋,内侧配置构造钢筋并与附加连接钢筋间接搭接,设置构造钢筋后边缘构件箍筋及拉筋布置与现浇墙保持一致,以保证边缘构件混凝土的受压性能。同时建议了预制墙边缘构件竖向连接钢筋与现浇墙边缘构件竖向钢筋的替代原则。分析表明,在墙肢平面内受力性能基本接近的基础上,采用该新型构造预制墙的竖向钢筋及接头成本低于边缘构件竖向钢筋逐根连接的预制墙,且预制墙加工、安装精度要求较低,提出的新型边缘构件构造具有可行性;相较边缘构件竖向钢筋单排附加钢筋连接的预制墙,该新型构造预制墙具有较好的平面外受力性能及经济性。

Analysis on mechanical behavior and cost of precast shear walls with novel reinforcement details

Abstract:An innovative reinforcement and construction detail for boundary element longitudinal rebars of precast shear walls was proposed, in which the primary carrying longitudinal rebars center on the outside of boundary element, while the secondary constructional longitudinal rebars are located at the inside of boundary element and are indirectly lapped by single additional spliced rebar. The layout of stirrups and crossties in boundary elements of precast walls is similar to that of cast-in-situ walls by employing constructional longitudinal reinforcement, enhancing the compression performance of concrete in boundary elements. A substitution principle between the spliced boundary element longitudinal rebars of precast walls and boundary element longitudinal rebars of cast-in-situ walls was proposed. The analysis indicates that on the basis of achieving similar in-plane mechanical behavior, precast walls with the above-mentioned innovative detail achieve lower cost of vertical rebars and rebar splices, as well as lower accuracy requirement for the prefabrication and installation of precast walls, compared to precast walls with boundary element longitudinal rebars spliced one by one. Compared with precast walls with boundary element longitudinal rebars spliced by single-row additional spliced rebars, precast walls with the above-mentioned innovative detail exhibit better out-plane mechanical behavior and economic efficiency.
