预制混凝土点支承外挂墙板与主体结构的连接研究*

[摘要]以点支承外挂墙板为研究对象,讨论了计算节点时的地震作用标准值,建议节点在罕遇地震下不屈服并给出了相应的动力放大系数建议值;分析了不同连接形式、不同荷载工况下的节点受力并推导得出相应公式;找出了节点变形设计的原因和节点变形的计算思路,并研究了主体构件设计对节点变形设计的影响,建议从提升节点适应变形的能力和适当限制主体支承构件的变形两个方面解决外挂墙板节点与主体结构的相对变形问题。

Research on the connection between precast concrete point-supporting facade panel and structure

Abstract:The research focus on the point-supporting external wallboard. First of all, the standard load under seismic of point-supporting external wallboards′ nodes was discussed. Moreover, in order to avoid the yield when the rare earthquake occur, the dynamic amplification factors were suggested to carried out, and the recommended values of that were also put forward. After that, the formulas which can be used to calculate the nodes′ force of different connection form under different load types were derived. Finally, the deformation of point-supporting external wallboards′ nodes was discussed, including the reason of concerning the deformation in design and the calculation of it. Besides, the relationship between the deformation of structure and point-supporting external wallboards′ nodes was put forward. It is suggested that the relative deformation of the external wall panel and the structure to be solved from increasing the facade panel’s deformation capacity and restricting the deformation of the structure.
