[摘要]以杭州绿地华家池项目深基坑支护工程中应用的锚杆为例,介绍了一种主筋可拆除的可回收式锚杆,以及基坑支护设计方案、现场基本试验及回收试验、锚杆的构造制作、施工安装及拆卸。实例表明该技术简单可行,在基坑支护中使用该技术能够满足安全要求,又能在使用完成后及时拆除回收,对周边场地后续施工不产生影响。

Application of recyclable anchor in foundation pit support engineering

Abstract:The anchors used in the deep foundation pit support engineering of Hangzhou Greenland Huajiachi Project were taken as an example to introduce a kind of recyclable anchor with demountable main reinforcement. In addition, design scheme of foundation pit support, field basic test and recycle test, construction, installation and disassembly of anchor rod were introduced. Engineering examples show that this technique is simple and feasible. Using this new anchor technique in foundation pit support can meet the safety requirements of excavation and casing no subsequent impact on construction in surrounding areas because the anchors can be removed and recycled timely after use.
