考虑整体空间作用大跨结构锥形钢管柱的稳定性研究

[摘要]锥形钢管柱作为某些特定大跨空间结构中重要的支撑构件,其承载力及稳定性的计算非常重要,但现有规范尚未给出如何考虑空间作用下锥形钢管柱的计算长度及稳定承载力的验算方法。从规范考虑整体空间作用下计算长度取值的基本理念出发,基于结构弹性稳定理论,利用有限元软件大型结构特征屈曲分析的优势,并结合现有规程对梭形柱等效计算长度系数的取值,提出了考虑空间作用下锥形钢管柱稳定性承载力及整体稳定性的验算方法。并以某大型空间结构工程为实例,选取典型目标柱,给出了在不同荷载组合工况下整体稳定性的验算方法。本方法是规范基本理念与先进数值分析技术手段的结合与发展,为考虑空间作用的锥形柱计算长度的计算提供了有效和可靠的方法。

Research on stability of conical steel tubular columns of large-span structures considering integral spatial action

Abstract:The calculation of bearing capacity and stability of conical steel tubular column is very important as an important supporting member in some special long-span spatial structures. However, the existing codes have not yet given a checking method for the effective length and stable bearing capacity of conical steel tubular column under spatial action. Starting from the basic idea of taking effective length into account in the code, a checking method for stability bearing capacity and overall stability of conical steel tubular columns under spatial action was proposed based on the theory of structural elastic stability, while taking advantage of the advantages of FEM software for large-scale structural characteristic buckling analysis and combining with the value of equivalent effective length coefficient of shuttle-shaped columns in existing codes. Taking a large-scale spatial structure as an example, the checking method of overall stability under different load combinations was given by selecting typical target columns. This method was the combination and development of the basic concepts and advanced numerical analysis techniques. It provided an effective and reliable method for calculating the effective length of conical columns considering spatial effects.
