超高层钢结构中斜交网格节点有限元分析及应用*

[摘要]箱形斜交网格节点由多根箱形斜柱构件和水平钢梁汇交于节点板而成,其板件组成、受力变形及制作工艺均较为复杂。考虑采用基于等效面积设计原则来保证节点承载力大于进入节点的斜柱构件承载力之和,即“强节点、弱杆件”;针对典型的中部平面斜交节点和角部空间斜交节点,通过ANSYS有限元分析研究其正常工作时的应力变形和极限荷载下的破坏效应;同时对斜交节点的板件焊接工艺和内部混凝土浇灌工艺进行了研究。结果表明:大震作用下正常工作时,斜交节点的整体平均应力水平小于250MPa,保证了节点核心区在大震作用下不屈服,构件角部由于应力集中局部进入塑性;极限荷载作用下,整体呈现斜柱构件塑性屈曲破坏效应,屈曲后斜交节点无法继续承载。

Finite element analysis and application of diagonal frame joint in super high-rise steel structure

Abstract:The box-typed diagonal frame joint is composed of some box-typed inclined column members and horizontal steel beams converged on the joint plates. The composition of the plates, the stress-deformation and the production process are all complex. The design of the principle of equivalent area was considered to ensure that the bearing capacity of the joint is greater than the sum of the bearing capacity of the inclined column members, which fulfills the design principle of strong joint and weak member. For the typical joints of the middle plane diagonal joint and the corner space diagonal joint, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to study the stress and deformation under the normal working and the failure effect under the ultimate load. Then, the welding process and the internal concrete pouring process of the diagonal joint were studied. Results show that the overall average stress level of the diagonal joint is less than 250MPa under case of the normal working under  rare earthquake, ensuring that the core region of the joint will not yield under  rare earthquake and the corner of intersecting plates enter local plastic state due to the stress concentration effect. Under the ultimate load, the plastic buckling failure effect of the diagonal column member appears as a whole, and the diagonal joint cannot continue to bear the load after buckling.
