华润前海中心钢管混凝土叠合柱应用探讨

[摘要]随着用地成本在开发成本的比例逐年升高,楼宇高度日渐增加。使用面积率逐渐成为开发商重点关注的指标。以深圳华润前海中心项目5栋160~300m的高层塔楼柱的设计为案例,通过对比几种不同类型柱在该项目中的经济性指标,介绍了使用钢管混凝土叠合柱实现较好的结构经济性和较高使用面积率的方法;总结了钢管混凝土叠合柱的技术特点和在高层建筑设计中的优势,并根据施工现场反馈,总结了钢管混凝土叠合柱设计和施工中的经验教训,为钢管混凝土叠合柱在超高层建筑设计中的应用提供了经验和方法。

Discussion on application of steel tube-reinforced concrete (STRC) columns in CRland Qianhai  Center

Abstract:As the proportion of land use cost in development cost increases year by year, building height increases day by day. The usage area ratio has gradually become the focus of developers. Taking the design of columns of five 160~300m high-rise tower in Shenzhen CRland Qianhai Center project as an example, the economic indicators of several different types of columns in the project were compared. The method of using STRC columns to achieve better structural economy and higher usage area ratio was introduced, and the technical characteristics of STRC columns were summarized as well as the advantages of STRC columns in high-rise building design. Per feedback from construction site, the experience and lessons in the design and construction of STRC columns were summarized, providing experience and methods for the application of STRC columns in super high-rise building design.
