软土中注浆对建筑物抬升效果实测及有限元分析

[摘要]以天津地铁下穿建筑物注浆抬升工程为研究对象,结合实测数据,采用有限元软件ABAQUS分析软土中注浆对建筑物的抬升效果。选取合理的注浆有限元参数,基于实测验证的有限元模型,分析了不同土层中注浆和注浆位置上下相邻土层弹性模量对注浆效果的影响。分析结果表明,本工程中70%的注浆量发挥了作用,最佳注浆位置为基础底面下约6-5m处;注浆时提高注浆位置下部土层弹性模量对自重荷载较大的建筑物的抬升效果较明显。

Field monitoring and finite element analysis on buildings lifting by grouting in soft ground

Abstract:Taking the grouting lifting project of underground buildings in Tianjin Metro as the research object, combined with the measured data, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the lifting effect of buildings by grouting in soft soil. The  influence of grouting in different soil layers and elastic modulus of the soil layers adjacent to grouting position on grouting effect was analyzed by selecting reasonable grouting finite element parameters and based on the finite element model verified by field measurement. The results show that 70% of the grouting volume plays a role in the project, and the optimum grouting position is about 6-5 meters below the bottom of the foundation. When grouting, the effect of increasing the elastic modulus of the lower soil layer at the grouting position on the lifting of buildings with larger self-weight load is obvious.
