隧道爆破开挖施工对古建筑振动速度的影响*

[摘要]以南京古建筑鼓楼为研究对象,结合南京地铁四号线隧道施工方案,采用ANSYS通用有限元软件建立分析模型,模拟计算隧道爆破开挖施工引起的鼓楼振动情况,并用试验验证了数值分析方法的可行性和可靠性。分析结果表明:振动波在鼓楼城阙中传播以高频为主,在碑楼以低频为主;测点振动速度峰值随药量和进尺的增大而逐渐递增,随爆源距的增加而逐渐减小;高度放大效应让部分测点振动速度峰值随爆源距的增大出现增大现象;鼓楼爆破施工药量宜控制在60g以内,进尺宜采用0-5m,并采取微差爆破技术减小振动效应。

Influence of tunnel blasting excavation on the vibration velocity of ancient buildings

Abstract:By taking the Drum Tower ancient buildings in Nanjing as the research object, with reference to the tunnel construction condition of Nanjing subway line No.4, the dimensional model was made by the finite element software ANSYS. The vibration velocity responses of the Drum Tower ancient buildings under the condition of blasting excavation in tunnel was simulated  and the feasibility and reliability of the numerical analysis method were verified by experiments. the results show that the vibration wave propagate with high frequency mainly in palace, with low frequency in stele building; the peak vibration velocities of measuring points increase with the increase of period charges and excavation footage and decrease with the increase of explosive source; the amplification effect cause the peak vibration velocities of some measuring points to increase of explosive source distance. Blasting period charge should be controlled within 60g, the excavation footage should be 0-5m, and  the millisecond blasting technology should be used to reduce vibration hazards.
