某特大类垃圾焚烧发电厂结构设计

[摘要]以具体工程为实例介绍了特大类垃圾焚烧发电厂结构设计中常遇到的问题:结构选型和计算软件选用、超长结构抗裂设计、垃圾荷载计算、垃圾池抗震设计及耐久性设计、地基基础设计、卸料大厅楼板等效均布荷载计算、超长结构温度荷载分析及设计等,对比了炉前平台分别采用刚性板和弹性板时结构的受力和变形,给出了设计建议:主厂房结构形式应综合分析后确定;狭长楼板作为垃圾池壁水平支撑时,应选用弹性楼板计算;应采用多种手段减小温度应力和提高结构构件抗力。

Structural design of a super-large waste incineration power plant

Abstract:Taking a specific project as an example, the problems often encountered in the structural design of super-large waste incineration power plant were introduced, such as the selection of structural type and calculation software, anti-cracking design of super-long structure, the calculation of waste load, the seismic design and durability design of waste pond, the design of foundation, the calculation of equivalent uniform load on the floor of unloading hall, the temperature load analysis and design of super-long structure, etc. The structural stress and deformation of the front platform with rigid slab and elastic slab were compared respectively. The design suggestions were given as follows: the structural form of the main workshop should be determined after comprehensive analysis; elastic floor should be selected when the long and narrow floor was used as horizontal support of the wall of the waste tank; various means should be adopted to reduce the temperature stress and improve the resistance of structural components.
