北京某超高层建筑结构设计探讨

[摘要]某超高层建筑地上28层,建筑高度117m,为超高层办公建筑。建设单位提出室内净高3m的品质需求,且规避结构超限。经比选,楼盖采用钢梁+压型钢板组合楼盖,结构体系采用矩形钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。针对工程楼盖跨高比较大的特点,重点探讨了塔楼的结构体系及楼盖体系设计与净高配合设计间的要点、难点。通过组合梁及跨中加腋的措施,保证了楼盖满足结构正常使用极限状态,同时也实现了建筑净高的要求。

Discussion on structural design of a super high-rise building in Beijing

Abstract:A super high-rise building with 28 stories above ground and 117m in height, is a super high-rise office building. The construction company put forward the quality requirement of indoor clear height of 3m, and evaded the out-of-code conditions in structural codes. Through comparison and selection, the floor adopts steel beam and profiled steel plate, and the structural system is composed of rectangular concrete filled steel tubular frame and reinforced concrete corewall. In view of the large span-height ratio of the engineering floor, the key points and difficulties between the structural system of the tower and the design of the floor system and the clear height matching design were discussed in detail. Through the measures of composite beam and axillary in mid-span, the floor could meet the limit state of normal use of the structure, and the requirement of clear height of the building was also realized.
