某超限高层框架-抗震墙结构方案优化设计与性能化分析

[摘要]结合某平面布置偏心、竖向刚度突变的超限高层框架-抗震墙结构,研究了不同结构构件布置方案对结构抗扭转性能的影响,并对优选方案进行了设防烈度地震及罕遇地震下的性能化分析,同时对结构进行了施工模拟分析。方案优化研究表明,通过在结构四角设置抗震墙能够有效降低由于结构布置偏心产生的扭转效应;弹塑性分析结果表明,在地震作用下,结构竖向构件能够满足中震弹性、不屈服以及大震不屈服的抗震性能目标。施工模拟分析表明,核心筒与柱的竖向变形趋势相同,沿高度呈鱼腹式变化趋势,收缩徐变引起的竖向变形在结构施工中须充分考虑。对于超限高层框架\|抗震墙结构,当采用正确的分析路线、合理的结构布置和适当的技术措施时,其抗震性能可以满足规范要求。

Optimization design and performance analysis of an out-of-code high-rise frame-shear wall structural scheme

Abstract:The influence of different structural component layout schemes on torsional performance of the structure was studied based on a high-rise frame-shear wall structure with eccentric layout and abrupt vertical stiffness. The performance analysis of the optimized scheme under fortification intensity earthquakes and rare earthquakes was carried out. At the same time, the construction simulation analysis of the structure was carried out. The scheme optimization study shows that the torsional effect caused by eccentricity can be effectively reduced by installing shearwalls in the four corners of the structure. Elastic-plastic analysis results show that under earthquake action, the vertical members of the structure can meet the seismic performance objectives of elasticity under  medium earthquake, non-yielding under medium earthquake and non-yielding under rare earthquake. The construction simulation analysis shows that the vertical deformation trends of the corewall and the column are the same, and the change trend along the height is fish belly. The vertical deformation caused by shrinkage and creep should be fully considered in the construction of the structure. For the out-of-code high-rise frame-shear wall structure, when the correct analysis route, reasonable structure layout and appropriate technical measures are adopted, its seismic performance can meet the requirements of the code.
