[摘要]《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2001)首次将建筑的隔震设计纳入,此后隔震技术在建筑设计中广泛应用。现部分既有的隔震建筑已出现不同程度病害。为了继续使用或改造后继续使用此类既有隔震建筑,需对此类建筑的安全性进行检测与鉴定。规范对隔震建筑的检测鉴定未给出明确规定,因此,隔震建筑的检测鉴定不能照搬非隔震建筑。对于隔震建筑,尝试对隔震层结构单独进行安全性评定,从而隔震建筑安全性评定分为结构构件和子单元两个层次进行评定,分别评定隔震建筑的地基基础、隔震层结构和上部承重结构的安全性,从而对整个隔震建筑进行综合鉴定。

Detection and safety identification of an existing seismic isolation building

Abstract:Only in Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2001) the seismic isolation design of buildings was included firstly. Since then, isolation technology has been widely used in buildings design. Some of the existing isolation buildings have some various degrees of diseases now. In order to continue to use or renovate such existing isolation buildings, it is necessary to test and appraise the safety of such buildings. The code does not specify the detection and appraisal of isolated buildings, so the detection and appraisal of isolation buildings can not copy non-isolation buildings. For isolation buildings, it is attempted to evaluate the safety of isolation layer structure separately, so that the safety evaluation of isolation building was divided into two levels: structural component and sub-unit. The safety of foundation, isolation layer structure and upper bearing structure of isolation building were evaluated separately, so that the whole isolation building was appraised comprehensively.
