[摘要]北京某研发设计实验大楼为高层建筑,简要介绍了项目形成带有屈曲约束支撑的框架-剪力墙结构体系的优化过程和结构的超限情况。利用PKPM软件对结构进行整体计算分析,利用MIDAS Gen软件对超长楼板进行温度作用下的应力分析,利用3D3S软件对大跨度钢桁架+压型钢板组合楼盖进行计算分析等。分析结果表明,整体结构各项设计指标均满足规范要求,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行,为类似结构类型的工程设计提供借鉴。

Structural design of an experiment building of research and development in Beijing

Abstract:An experiment building of research and development in Beijing is a high-rise building. The optimization process of buckling-restrained brace fit in frame-shear wall structure system and the out-of-code structural characteristics were briefly introduced. The whole structure was calculated and analyzed by PKPM software, and stress analysis of super long floor under temperature effects was carried out by MIDAS Gen software, and the 3D3S software was used to carry out the calculation and analysis of the large-span steel truss and composite slabs with profiled steel sheet. The analysis results show that all the indicators of the whole structure meet the demands of codes, and the seismic performance of the structure is well and the structure is safe and reliable, which can provide reference for the similar structure type of projects.
