[摘要]凯达尔枢纽国际广场东塔楼为交通枢纽上盖的酒店建筑。介绍了该结构的主要特点和结构设计与分析的有关内容,包括东塔楼与裙楼的计算解耦分析、结构体系与布置、结构弹性分析、结构弹塑性分析、结构抗震性能设计等内容。结构分析结果均表明,该结构达到了所设定的C级结构抗震性能目标。对跨越城际的桁架进行了详细的结构分析及论证,结构体系的选择上最大限度满足建筑功能,从而达到预期的经济、安全的要求。

Structural design and analysis of east tower building and podium building in Kaidaer Hub International Plaza

Abstract:The east tower building of Kaidaer Hub International Plaza is a hotel building on the top cover of the transportation hub. The the main features of the structure and the related contents of structural design and analysis were introduced, including the calculation decoupling analysis of the east tower building and podium building, structural system and layout, structural elastic analysis, structural elastic-plastic analysis, structural performance-based seismic design and so on. The results of structural analysis show that the structure achieves the set C-grade seismic performance objective. Detailed structural analysis and demonstration were carried out for the truss spanning the intercity track. The selection of structural system met the building function to the maximum extent, so as to achieve the anticipated economic and safety requirements.
