大型焦炭塔TMD减振方案研究*

[摘要]大型焦炭塔内部物料反应引起焦炭塔塔体、支承结构、钢框架及管线的振动。异常的振动使人产生恐慌,并影响日常生产,需采取有效的振动控制措施减小振动。以某石化企业焦炭塔为研究对象,通过动力测试、计算分析得到焦炭塔异常振动是由塔体内部物料反应和运动引起的。通过在焦炭塔塔体顶部设置TMD减振系统,对比分析焦炭塔在相同动力荷载作用下安装TMD前后的动力响应,验证了TMD减振系统在焦炭塔结构上起到良好的减振作用。安装TMD后,焦炭塔减振率在50%以上,能够保证焦炭塔日常安全生产。该焦炭塔结构TMD减振系统的应用可为类似工程的减振设计提供参考。

Study on TMD vibration reduction scheme for large coke tower

Abstract:The reaction of materials inside the large coke tower causes vibration of the coke tower body, support structure, steel frame and pipeline. Abnormal vibrations cause panic and affect daily production,  effective vibration control measures are needed to reduce vibration. Taking the coke tower of a petrochemical enterprise as the research object,  the abnormal vibration of the coke tower through dynamic test and calculation analysis is caused by the reaction and movement of materials inside the tower body. By setting up the TMD  on the top of the coke tower, the dynamic response of the coke tower before and after the installation of the TMD  under the same dynamic load was compared and analyzed. It was verified that the TMD damping system plays a good role in damping the coke tower structure. After the installation of TMD, vibration reduction rate of the coke tower  is above 50%, which can ensure the daily safe production of  the coke tower. The application of  TMD damping system in the coke tower structure can provide reference for vibration reduction design of similar projects.
