轻质混凝土与变形钢筋粘结锚固性能试验研究

[摘要]通过对84个轻质混凝土试块与HRB500月牙带肋钢筋粘结锚固试件的中心拉拔试验,研究轻质混凝土与变形钢筋之间的粘结锚固性能。研究表明:类似于普通混凝土,轻质混凝土与HRB500钢筋的粘结锚固性能的影响因素为混凝土强度、保护层厚度、钢筋锚固长度、钢筋直径和配箍率;相同强度等级的轻质混凝土的粘结锚固性能略低于普通混凝土。轻质混凝土与HRB500钢筋的极限粘结应力与以下因素均存在线性关系,分别为:轻质混凝土的轴心抗拉强度、钢筋的相对保护层厚度、锚固长度、直径和配箍率等。

Experimental study on bond anchorage behavior between deformed steel bar and lightweight concrete

Abstract:Based on the central pull-out test of 84 lightweight concrete blocks and HRB500 crescent ribbed steel bar bond anchorage specimens, the bond anchorage behavior between lightweight concrete and deformed steel bar was studied. The results show that, similar to ordinary concrete, the factors influencing the bond anchorage behavior of lightweight concrete and HRB500 steel bar are concrete strength, thickness of protective layer, anchorage length of steel bar, diameter of steel bar and stirrup ratio; the bond anchorage behavior of lightweight concrete is slightly lower than that of ordinary concrete with the same strength grade. The ultimate bond stress between lightweight concrete and HRB500 steel bar has linear relationship with the following factors: axial tensile strength of lightweight concrete, relative protective layer thickness of steel bar, anchorage length, diameter and stirrup ratio.
